GENERAL

TO APPLY FOR RESIDENCY AT DIE WEIDES, YOU HAVE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

STEP1: Please complete Application and Booking form online.
STEP 2: Mail your proof of payment of the total deposit amount of R 16 860 (deposit of R15,760 and admin fee of R1,100) to dieweides@sapropnet.co.za. Current tenants only need to pay the admin fee of R1,100; their current deposit will be carried over to their new contract.
STEP 3: You will receive an email (Booking Confirmation Letter) to confirm your booking and the Unit allocated to you. This email will include an invoice of the annual rental fee. Please make arrangements with admin@sapropnet.co.za if you would like to pay your fee per semester of quarterly.
STEP 4: On receipt of confirmation as per Step 3 above, please read the Rental and Service Agreement and print the Signature Page of the Rental and Service Agreement from the website (www.dieweides.co.za) and mail to dieweides@sapropnet.co.za within one week from receiving your Booking Confirmation Letter.
STEP 5: Pay your annual rental fee upfront, half-yearly or quarterly and send your proof of payment to dieweides@sapropnet.co.za on/before 5 January 2018.

PLEASE NOTE: If we do not receive your Signature Page within one week of receiving your Booking Confirmation Letter and your invoice payment on/before 5 January 2018 as per Step 4 above, we will assume that you are no longer interested in the accommodation and we will forthwith cancel your booking without further notice to you. In these circumstances you will be entitled to a refund of 85 % of your initial payment made with the Application and Booking Form, which refund will be paid to the account number provided by you in the Application and Booking Form.
